Hi, My package was returned by the recipient a month ago. AFter a whilw of transit to the recipient, it has been stuck with chinese customs for over 2 weeks and i'm wondering if it got lost or seized.

Hi, I sent a package with the above tracking number, and it's spent more time in Chinese customs than on transit. Can someone please help take a look?

Parcel CL044412827RU with some goods that I'm returning to the chinese seller is stuck at the chinese customs. They ask for bill and declaration, how do I get in contact with them ? Where should I send declaration for customs? Inside the package there's a original order details - all the stuff and prices of the goods returned.
