Hi, I sent a package with the above tracking number, and it's spent more time in Chinese customs than on transit. Can someone please help take a look?

If the seller doesn't cooperate, you can only wait the item return back to you later.

It's stuck at the customs now. It should be waiting for the receiver to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him call China customs service number 12360 to check.
