Chinese Customs clearance.

Hi,
Does anybody know why my parcel has been with Chinese a Customs for almost three months? What, if anything, can I do about it?

Hi Baker,

It couldn't be passed the customs check so stuck at the customs. You need to contact the seller or receiver in China to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

My parcel is sent from South Korea to China address to transportation Company
Tracking number : CA004180081KR
Right now last update is on 08/10/2021 and it has EME status on Customs Clearance.
Do I need to ask transportation company to make some actions or wait for customs clearance ? is it a normal status at customs clearance ?
