My package has been held by customs since January 3.
Tracking code: LV355810641CN.
What can I do to get my package delivered?

Hi Nick Hageman,

You'd better check if you have received any notice from the customs. They should notice you how to get it. If no, contact your country's customs to check it for you.

Hi Daisy,
I've contacted our customs and they told me China Post should start an investigation to find out why the package is stuck at the customs.
Could you please do this for me?

Hello,
my DHL package is stuck in customs. The receiver is unwilling to contact customs and pay the possible fee to release the package. How can I contact customs and pay the fee, if required, so that the package can be finally shipped to the seller. It's a return from a order.
The DHL package number is: CY287642624DE
