Package stuck at Guangzhou customs since 01 September

Hello, I returned an article to manufacturer in Guangzhou. on 01 Sept 23 it was reported at Customs. I contacted the company to arrange payment of the taxes. They claim the package was returned to me. But there is no update. Can you help find where my package is located? thank you.

Hi Mike,

It's still stuck at the customs now. If you want it back, you need to let the receiver in China call the customs to require it back.
