Hey, I ordered a package on 20th December (Over 1 month ago) to the UK

When I check the tracking for my parcel (LZ578653088CN) - It keeps being dispatched from the Office of Exchange in Shenyang, and then being returned the following day.

Could you please check what is happening and why the parcel keeps being returned? If things are progressing, I am happy to wait, but if the parcel is stuck I would like to request a refund from the seller.
