Package stuck in customs?

Hello - I am not sure what the issue might be but no updates have been received on this package for a few weeks now: LS130573946CN

I am starting to get worried. The seller is telling me to "be patient" but providing no other details. Can someone please help?

Hi. I ordered an item on 14th Nov and was advised that it should reach UK Royal Mail within 3-15 days (AZ050050013CN). It seems to have been stuck in China since the 20th and no sign of it leaving there anytime soon. Any ideas?
