Package stuck in customs?

Hi there, my package has been stuck in customs in Shenzhen since March 22, is there any more information I need to give or for the receiver to give for it to clear customs? My tracking number is EE207756673CA. Thanks

I've contacted the receive and they notified me that they have given the proper information and are waiting on the package to be released and delivered, is there any way to find out how much longer that will take?

Once it's passed the check, there will be information showing it's released by the customs in tracking. It usually takes no more than a week to pass the check. You'd better let the receiver in China contact China customs again.

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him call China customs service number 12360 to check.
