Package stuck in customs nearly two months

I have a family member (in the US) that sent a package to me (i live in the Guangzhou area). It was processed through Beijing October 18th and has been stuck in Guangzhou customs ever since. LH152328885US Please help. I have not received any calls nor information concerning this through SMS or other.
