package stuck in transit, company refuses refund
Asked by Emily |
I have previously enquired on this platform about my package, LA101146296CN, which has been in transit at Foshan Shipping Centre for 45 days.
I had since gotten a reply from Daisy, saying: According to the latest tracking information, it will be returned back. You need to track it in the following days to see if it will be returned to the seller or sent again. If it's back to the seller or stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution or open a dispute on AliExpress to get refund as soon as possible.
I had contacted the company, neonbite, but they replied that there is nothing they can do about the order and will not be able to give a refund. I tried to open a dispute on AliExpress but I could not find my order since I ordered on Neonbite's website.
Please tell me how I can get a refund!
You may get the answer from the following articles:
How did you pay for it? If you pay through PayPal, you can open a case on PayPal to get refund as well.
What if I had just paid by keying in my credit card? And is there any way to contact Foshan Shipping Centre about my package? To find out what happened to it and actually have it shipped to me
There is no way to contact Foshan Shipping Centre. Can you try to contact credit card company to cancel the payment?
