Hello!
I sent a present to my friend from China, but it can not go through custom clearance since august 26. I am ready to provide all necessary documents. Please help.
There is no invoice to the parcel, as it is a present and I did not take any money for it.

Unwanted Parcel sitting at Customs in ZHENGZHOU (1 reply)

Hello, I sent a parcel to China (reference EK807389304GB) which is currently being held for custom import charges clearance at ZHENGZHOU. However the recipient said that he doesn't want to pay and will not make contact with custom authorities, leaving the parcel where it is. Is there a way of speeding up the return to sender without waiting for customs expiry time (which I believe is 21 days)? Can you advise please?
