My parcel will be delayed by 1 month due to corona epidemic and how long will it normally take to air line transport on 22 March 2020. Tracking number is RE020048254CN. The seller says your parcel is still on the way!

Latest tracking information shows '2020-04-10 09:14 Guangzhou, Guangzhou International Exchange Station returned', It will be returned back to the seller or checked agan. You'd better open a dispute on Aliexpress if you couldn't receive it before the delivery deadline on AliExpress.

Hello Daisy,
I ordered from China in February and the parcel circeld around for severall weeks between
Zhengzhou, Qingdao and Beijing and than it went again back to the shipper (ePaket)
The seller is very friendly and will send the parcel again when I want it.
I am from Austria (Europe)
Is a delivery from China to Austria with ePaket currently possible?
Or should we wait until the Corona situation calms down a bit before we send it again?
There is a special custom made order in the parcel and I am afraid that it could get lost in this Corona chaos.
