Can I know when my Parcel will be delivered to me, its been 73 days waiting.

It is already in Zhengzhou for Import custom clearance.

According to the latest tracking information, it will be returned back to the seller. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

Hello,

I ordered a package from China and used a Parcel forwarding service (ParcelFlow) to forward it to Germany.
Yesterday there was an attempted delivery at my UK adress but the delivery failed. I don't have any other information why that happened but the status now shows that my parcel is at the Belfast PDO (Delivery Office)
My tracking number: LX961494865CN

Will they try to redeliver the parcel on monday or do I have to contact them (RoyalMail) first?
What I did until now is I contacted the support of ParcelFlow but I haven't received an answer yet.
