The recipient states that they have not been contacted by Chinese customs which has been held for more than 2 months. It has been waiting for the receiver to submit the declaration material to the customs since Sep.29. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check.

Hi, my parcel tracking no. RC781391135SG has been held by customs. My local (Singapore) postal company said that reason is due to missing invoice of the item. They require the recipient to send them the invoice, but the recipient is a large corporation and seems unwilling to help me respond to customs, and instead sent me the e-invoice for me to forward it to China customs. Hello everyone,

I have sent a return to China. The parcel has been at customs in China since 26.06.2024. There have been no new updates since then. I have already started a forwarding order with Deutsche Post, they also assured me that the parcel is still at customs. The recipient has also contacted customs, also without success. Can you please check the status of the parcel and ensure that it reaches the recipient promptly?
