Hello
I am a dropshipper from Iran and I send about 100 parcel to Iran each month via China Post and all of them arrive within 3-5 days. Unfortunately this parcel hasn’t arrived yet since 21 days ago. I wonder where the problem is ?!

My China Post package RV339657618CN, last update is as under:-
"Shanghai, delivered to air transport 2020-04-18 15:38"
Whereabouts of the package thereafter is not known.
Request update if it has left Shanghai for India.

It's already left China on Nov. 20 and is in transit to Iran now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.
