Parcel is in ""Dispatched from Office of Exchange"" for the last 4 days

Hello,
This is regarding the status of the parcel from UK to China. My tracking number is RN144656552GB. Its showing ""Dispatched from office of exchange"" for the last 4 days. May i know the status of the parcel please. Many Thanks for your help

Hi, I had a parcel coming from the USA since April. While it had arrived in SG in May, it stated “ 2020-06-16 04:51:00 SG Dispatched from Office of Exchange” for close to 2 weeks. After which, instead of delivering to me, it is now on route to China, ZhengZhou. May I know what happen?

I shipped a package to China, zip code 523000 under tracking number RN619762561GB. It was shipped on July 21, 2020 from London, UK. The last status I see says on July 24, 2020, 0730 Dispatched from Office of Exchange. Can you please let me know what is that status of my package? Is it already in China on the way to the recipient? It's still in transit and hasn't arrived in China. You need to wait for more days to see it arrives in China.

Hey, I ordered a package on 20th December (Over 1 month ago) to the UK

When I check the tracking for my parcel (LZ578653088CN) - It keeps being dispatched from the Office of Exchange in Shenyang, and then being returned the following day.

Could you please check what is happening and why the parcel keeps being returned? If things are progressing, I am happy to wait, but if the parcel is stuck I would like to request a refund from the seller.

Parcel stuck in the status of Dispatched from Office of Exchange (1 reply)

Tracking number: CY285259350DE(not arrived), CY285259363DE(arrived).

I sent 2 parcel (same size, same weight) in the same time in 2020-10-06 from Germany to China. One of the parcel arrived on 2020-10-15 but another one still in the status of "Dispatched from Office of Exchange" for a week and no any other updates untill now.

Could anyone bring some info about why there is such a huge difference between the status of two parcel and what does Dispatched from Office of Exchange means, it`s still in Germany or other places? Where is my parcel now?

My parcel sent on the 17th August arrived in China on the 18th August and later on that morning 10.02am, it showed 'Dispatched from Office of Exchange' but there have been no updates since then and it is over 2 weeks ago. Tracking number RY270451435GB.
Please can you advise me what this means and where the parcel might be? Many thanks
