hey I have ordered 2 watches and each time the Chinese coustoms keel returning I have removed the batteries from both watches

UW653021468CN is the tracking number. My parcel keeps on being returned everytime it reaches Shanghai. I am annoyed as this is the 5th time and at this rate I will never receive it. Can you please find out why it keeps being returned then in transit again? The parcel is only an AirPods sleeve case.
