Hi Manal,

According to the latest tracking information, it will be returned back to the seller. It has been in Shanghai City where the seller is located since June 27. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

Where is my parcel number LZ112569582CN. I am still waiting to receive my parcel in Spain. It has been sitting in Shanghai for nearly a month. I cannot track it any further. I don´t understand why it is still in Shanghai. Please help. I am desperate for my parcel. I was told it would arrive last month.

My parcel is in Beijing for a month already, no one is sending it to Shanghai. (4 replies)

Hello there,
I'm based in Shanghai, i've tried to call a billion times already, but no one is giving me any updates regarding my parcel. My parcel (CL100156218RU) from Saint-Petersburg, Russia has successfully arrived at the Chinese customs in Beijing April 8th. However until now it hasn't been delivered to me. I do understand that Shanghai is now under citywide lockdown, but my wife is pregnant and about to deliver in a few weeks, hence we really need our baby items that are in the parcel, simply because we are unable to buy anything in Shanghai, i would like to understand what is the situation and when we'd be able to receive our parcel. As i've mentioned earlier, we have already called and tried to get any updates from China Post Customer Service, but no one is telling us anything, rather than "I don't know". Please get back to me timely. Thanks
