Parcel stuck in Customs, Cannot Contact China Post EMS in UK

Hello

My parcel has been stuck in customs since the day it was dispatched by the sender. (21st October)

I have tried phoning multiple numbers and searched tirelessly for emails unfortunately I have had no luck in contacting anyone from China Post EMS

I'm wondering how I rectify this? Seller has not responded due to language communicate barrier.

We also see it has been stuck at the customs since October 21. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Hello everyone,

I have sent a return to China. The parcel has been at customs in China since 26.06.2024. There have been no new updates since then. I have already started a forwarding order with Deutsche Post, they also assured me that the parcel is still at customs. The recipient has also contacted customs, also without success. Can you please check the status of the parcel and ensure that it reaches the recipient promptly?

Hi there,
My parcel has been held at China customs for some time now. I contacted NZ Post to see what the delay was and they said the receiver in China needs to contact China Post. However the receiver is delaying this due to the coronavirus. Can you please find out why it’s been held in customs? Tracking number is CC401383038NZ. Thank you
