Parcel stuck in Suzhou customs, no help from EMS

Hello, my parcel is held at Suzhou customs and they sent me a letter to call the service, however no help from there and their WeChat service won’t accept the tracking number regardless I wrote down very same number they gave me in the letter. Total out of options. What can I do? EC158504645BE

Thanks for your answer, that number has been tried all week, nobody answer/says line is busy 24/7. You can try too so you see, so no help from this either. My personal phone number is printed in the parcel and wondering why they won’t contact..
