I ordered a passel from Russia to China. The address: 3663, North Zhongshan Road, Putuo District,
Shanghai, 200062 Now the Chinese customs are asking me to provide them with an invoice. I'm getting an error on the website. The website says this 请收到海关 12360 短信后缴纳税款. But they didn’t call me. 邮件通关状态: 待缴税. I don’t know what to do. Whom should I contact?

I'm the sender from myanmar of the abovementioned parcel. However, the package is being held at Fuzhou Fijian of China since 31 May 2024 remarks as "awaiting for dutiable payment". There has been no further progress. As such, could you provide me the payable amount, payment options and procedures regarding to the payment. I eagerly await your prompt reply to settle the bill. Once the payment is made, hopefully resolve the issue quickly and please expedite the delivery as recipient needs it urgently.

This parcel is supposed to go to the delivery company and then be delivered further to me - will you send the details of tax payment to the delivery address or how you do that?
