Hi setraji abdelkhalk,

What's the tracking number? If it's shipped by China Post in China, it will be handed over to your local post service to deliver to you.

This order was never received at my home address. I can confirm using my cctv that nothing was delivered. I have been trying since 17 November 2025 to find out what happened with it. What actual evidence do you have it was delivered? Was it your company or another company hired by you that was to deliver my order?
