Im wondering if there is any way for me to speed up the delivery of my package because i have ordered stuff for a trip and the package is expected to come during my trip. Is there a way for me to maybe pay extra or something?

Hello
I asked if it was possible to speed up the process and the answer was no. But i when i ordered i chose a delivery that promised me 7-12 days, which means i have already paidd alot on delivery. Why is it late? Iwant it faster, like it said 7-12 days. I ordered 21 july.

Hi Mustafa,
EMS is not as fast as before due to the coronavirus. The delivery time couldn't be guaranteed. The sender should let you know this. If he has promised you the delivery time and you couldn't receive it in the promised time, you can ask for compensation from the sender.
