My parcel EL020298376RU was sent 22/04/2021. As I understand the declaration was lost. But the receiver can't send it by wechat because his phone number was written incorrectly. How can sender (I am) or the receiver change the phone number attached to the parcel? Or is there some e-mail where I can send the declaration?
P.S.: The receiver can't come personally to the custom service because it is too far from him (about 150 km).

I have asked questions twice, they were posted. When looking for response I found both questions were removed without being answered. If you don't have an answer just tell me, don't ignore me and throw out the questions. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with.

These 3 parcels were arrived at Saudi , are waiting for the customs clearance . But the customs phone number given by postal office is (+966) 1 289 7473 uncorrect . No one pick up .

Please can you tell me one useful phone nunmber of Customs office in Riyadh ,Saudi Arabia?
Or who or which phone number I should contact ?
