Received goods, trying to figure out where came from

Hi, we have received an item, can see that you have been part of the shipping process, we are trying to find out where the goods have come from.
The ref is UF686779128YP of the tracked delivery.
Please can you tell me where or which company this package has come from.

Sorry, we don't know the sender's information. They belong to personal information. You need to find it from the lable of the box or check their information from the place you made the order.

I am an online store based out of Canada. We have a factory in China that manufactures our goods. We would like to be able to ship direct to customer, however my contact at the manufacturing facility is not able to figure out how to ship with E-Packet? Only familiar with Fedex, UPS, DHL, etc.
