If you receive the wrong goods, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution about that as soon as possible.

The company has offered me a partial refund on the order and keep what I received, this is not acceptable. I ordered a golf trolley and not a "gold" ring so I want the goods replaced and they are not co-operating. Can you please reefer this case to the advertising standards council as I wish to make a formal complaint

Try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.
