A package that I returned to China (defective product) has been stuck in Chinese customs since September 29, 2025.
The seller does not want to deal with the matter and refuses to cooperate or communicate further.
How can I have the package sent back to me?

I have sent a partially defective product back to the seller in China.
Tracking number: CY730977615DE
The package tracking currently shows me the following status:

The seller is not responding and is ignoring my attempts to contact them.
How can I at least get the package back?
