Item I returned from USA on 03/16/23 to China have been in customs at Jinhua City for 10 days since January 31, 2023, last tracking note on January 31 @ 14:35 states Junhua City needs to submit goods declaration materials or go through return process; tracking number CH184122851US. What can I do to get this goods declaration completed so the seller can receive these returned goods?
