Why my parcel, which supposes to be sent to Russia, returned to Dalian (CP355153928CN). What's wrong with it?

Hi Alfiia,

What's in it? Tracking information shows it's returned back because it couldn't pass the customs check.

What's the address you wrote for returning back? Do you have a friend there to help you pick it up and try to send it again to you?

UW653021468CN is the tracking number. My parcel keeps on being returned everytime it reaches Shanghai. I am annoyed as this is the 5th time and at this rate I will never receive it. Can you please find out why it keeps being returned then in transit again? The parcel is only an AirPods sleeve case.
