My package was posted from uk & has arrived in china but always appears to always be in transit when I track it I am running out of time for a full refund on this item coukd someone please help tracking number RU734731799GB

Yes, it's in China now. As Chinese people is having China Spring Festival Holiday now, your parcel may be delayed because of this. Wait patiently. The holiday will be over on Feb. 3.

Where is my parcel? (LV302663371CN) (3 replies)

Hello,
A parcel was dispatched on the 13th of October (LV302663371CN). It stated on ChinaPost, DHGate tracking that the parcel was leaving overseas on the 14th October, but then changed to state that it's leaving the originating place on the 31st of October. (Seen on Royal Mail tracking as well.) Haven't received the item yet.

Then on November 3rd it states flight departure.
- November 17th transiting via the transit Airport. Later states Received by Carrier. Did Royal Mail get it? I have checked the Royal Mail website and it still states that the parcel is still in transit. Only tracking at that point is the 31st of October.

Is the package in China or has it reached the UK? I have been waiting over a month now. I would appreciate any help that you can give.
