RY061157404GB. Out for deliver on 27-01-2022, that 48 days ago.

Hi Team, My item (track no RY061157404GB) arrived in China on the 24-08-2021. My Item was received at your Delivery Office on 26-01-2022. I was informed it would be deliver on the 27-01-2002. That was 48 days ago, when will it be deliver?????

My item was received at Sorting Office, 31000001, China Tuesday 24 August 2021 02:24. It has been out for deliver since the 27th January 2022, and still not delivered, Can I ask why??? I was informed that it would be delivered on the 27th Jan, still have not recived the letter.
