Hello,

I would like to know how to send a missing invoice for my package. I haven't received an email, and the package is stuck in customs in China. I have the requested invoice.

Hi chloe merchat,

If your are the buyer and return a package to China. Once you receive this message: the return of the package is suspended because of a missing invoice is suspended due to a missing invoice, you need to find your original sales invoice (from email or order history) and send it to the courier. Reply to the suspension message with the invoice attached as a PDF, or upload it through the tracking link if available. If you don’t have the invoice, contact the seller to provide one.
