hello, I bought an item from japan, they sent me it but it is already 14 days in JinKou Customs, because I do not know chinese I can not call in chinese post, so can you tell me whats wrong and why my parcel still there? there is some problem?

Hi 19gaga99,

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check.
