I need to contact the company "simvalley", because my the armbelt of my famous smart watch RX-420, resp. PX1792 is broken and I would like to have a spare part.

I bought it at at Pearl.TV, but they mentioned that they are only a trade company. They don't give me the adress and don't repair the watch.

I found a comapany called rockitrepairs who could repair smart watch. You'd better call if they could repair it for you.

The address of the parcel was sent to Guangzhou Kaipin Trading, 1 South China auto repair factroy, No 262 North Baiyun Avenue, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, China.
