So confused on order

My dad ordered my Christmas present and it came from china he ordered it back on 11/21/22 17 track says it was delivered to the destination but my P.O. Box does not have it 17post also says it’s in transit but China post also says it was delivered the tracking number is AG472859775CN also I contacted the seller they claim it’s on the way too please help
