Hello. Where is my passage the tracking stated that it was returned to customs but I was not contacted at all for any delivery. Please help me find it and find out how I can get it delivered to my address. CH094948887US

I am the recipient and I did not receive it. It was not delivery to me.

I am the recipient and I did not receive it. It was not delivery to me. If the delivery person sent it to the wrong place how is this problem solved and the compensation for their mistake. Do I go to a head office and file a complaint.
