Stuck in transit

Hello .. I didn't receive any updates about may parcel since november 24th saying in transit, my tracking number is RB029002436SG .. it took only 24 days for my friend's order to arrive at destination country but it is 31 days for me. Is this normal or does something happend ? and for how much longer should i wait ?

I contacted the seller and he insists that it is in the way and not stuck in Singapore, So please what should i do ?
It's delayed in Singapore. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution in time.
