Stuck in Transit Hub

I ordered 2 purses on April 27th, things were going good until my package got stuck in “Arrive at Departure Transit Hub.” On May 24th. Been well over 30 days, here are the numbers: WI000395254615FPL I guess they are the same. I would really like my purses now

Hi Nicole Naughton,

It's still stuck at transit hub in Shanghai now. If you couldn't receive within the buy protection time, you'd better open a dispute to get refund in time.
