Stuck since March 31?? Local post office never got it

Hi! I’m asking about my tracking number for LY070139443CN... it has been stuck on delivered to air transport since March 31, my local post office said they never got it and packages I ordered after this purchase came before and this never came.... did I just get scammed???

Hi Bbfg,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the US after it was delivered to air transport. As it has been over two months, it's not normal. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get refund.

I have a parcel that claims to be delivered, however there is no address for the 'local post office' where I need to collect it. I have gone to the Australian Post and they say they do not have a parcel with the same tracking number. COuld you please support me in identifying where the 'local post office' is in Bondi that my parcel was delivered? it's been over 5 weeks!
