Suspended Delivery To The Netherlands?

Dear miss/mister,
Due to the Corona crisis, package delivery tot the Netherlands has been suspended. What does this mean for my parcel?
I have not had an update about my order since March 13th. I suppose it is still at Zhengzhou Airport and remain there for quite some time?
I hope you can enlighten me a little!

Hi Daphne,

It was delivered to air transport on March 27 and takes about 7-15 days to leave China. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about another 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. Please wait for more days to see.

Hello,
My parcel CP412009515CN was dispatched on 29th of June from China to the Netherlands. Since July 9th the status has not changed (飞机进港). We checked with Post in the Netherlands, they say they can’t trace the parcel.
Please confirm where the parcel is and an approximate date of delivery to the Netherlands.

The parcel has been suspended at the custom office since March 19th, it is a parcel sent from France to China, I bought the product inside for my family, the transporter in France said the parcel was suspended because the invoice is not attached to the parcel, the merchant who sent the parcel in France said the invoice was with the parcel, if you can tell me the procedure to follow I can ask them to send you the invoice. Looking forward to hearing from you soon for the instructions, thanks a lot :)
