Track an order

Dear Sirs,

Please can you inform me when my order (tracking Number: ZC40541179499 ) will be delivered in my house?
Because in the update it says that it has been arrived at the carrier facility in Argyroupoli which is the city where I live, and it has been stayed there for 7 days (from 29th of July).
