Why is my package that has been sent since 27th May 2020 not registered on CanadaPost website yet? The tracking number is RV434041481CN and it has been more than a month. What happened?
Meanwhile I checked the other package which has just been sent on 5th June 2020 is already registered on CanadaPost and able to be tracked through their website. Please explain. Thanks.

It was delivered by airline on May 27 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Canada after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. When it arrives in Canada, there will be information from Canada Post.
