Update on package not moving

My package LP179739181SG has been "dispatched to overseas postal admin" for almost a month without any new updates. Why did this happen? Any updates on where the actual package is and its arrival time?

It's delayed in Singapore for a long time. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
