Hi,
Can the general public use your 'e-packet' services to deliver their ecommerce products from China to overseas counries?
I am not an ebay client nor an Aliexpress account holder ( to name a few). Can I open an e-packet account with China Post or do I have to be an ebay member?
Do you have a software program for epacket printing labels to which I can integrate into my ecommerce business?
Please let me know.

Are there shipping agencies in China that have 'separate agreements' with China Post for this shipping software?
I have received advice about integrating the e-packet software into your e-commerce business and that you do not have to be 'eBay - Aliexpress - Amazon etc 'exclusive. Can you please confirm this?

The general public couldn't use your 'e-packet' services to deliver eCommerce products from China to overseas counties. You need to be a seller on eBay, Aliexpress or Amazon. After you become the seller, there will be the way of ePacket to deliver the item in your account when there is an order from a customer. The labels can be printed after you filled in the information. You can choose the pick up service or take it to the nearest ePacket collecting place to send.
