Verify delivery address please

My order never arrived but I was told it was delivered 6/21/2021. Can you show me proof of the address it was delivered to? I am asking because a house the next street parallel to mine has the same house number and my mail had been delivered there several other times in the past by a fill in driver. Thank you.

Sorry, we couldn't provide the proof to you. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
