Wheelchair not received.

Tracking number GZ9000010331YQ, my urgently needed wheelchair has not been delivered even though your website states it has so where is it ??? I checked With neighbours and family and they did not receive it either, I also checked the address we gave to the seller and it is correct, I am desperate to receive this wheelchair as I am disabled please help! Thank you.
