Hi puja,

You may get around Dec. 12. The seller on Aliexpress uses China Post ordinary packet plus to send it. It's a cheap service that takes a long time to reach. Also, it couldn't be tracked after it leaves the first station. So, there is only the following information available:
2017-10-12 20:54 Left Guangdong Dongguan Collection Center, the next station processing center
2017-10-12 20:41 Guangdong Dongguan Collection Center, has been issued
2017-10-12 19:36 Guangdong Dongguan Collection Center, has received
2017-10-11 11:19 The logistics order has been created (AliExpress platform)

China Post ordinary packet is easy to be lost one the way as it couldn't be tracked. If you couldn't get it within three months, better open a dispute to AliExpress to ask your money back.
