SECOND TIME FOR THIS ORDER AND FIRST TIME NEVER RECEIVED WHEN STATED DELIVERED AND NOW THESE PAKAGES KEEP SAYING OUT FOR DELIVERY 3 DAYS AND I NEED MORE INFORMATION AS TO WHO IS DELIVERING IN THE US AND A US TRACKING
THIS IS REALLY OUT OF HAND AND RIDICULOUS PLEASE HELP ME

Hello, I bought several ukuleles one after the other from Amazon from September 23rd, 2023 with the following ChinaPost tracking numbers:
AT044996010CN, AT045266581CN, AT053759623CN, AT052277430CN (two more packages for me are still on the way). I would like to receive all of these packages even though the seller has already issued me a credit against my express request due to alleged shipping problems.
The first four packages are already in Germany, were stated as being delivered, but did not arrive. Later it appears as delivered, but at midnight and to the delivery base, but NOT to my address! I would like to receive these packages myself!
Can you please tell me why I haven't received the packages and where they are currently?
Will DPD deliver in Germany? ... as the seller told me.
Could you please arrange for all the packages to be delivered to me! After delivery, the seller can take back his refund.

Hi, three of my packages have been sent through China Post.

The border area between Pakistan and China has reopened to move the containers. Now, please tell me where these packages are?? I need to move to Canada and I need these packages.
When I check on this site, it says expired at the end. Please tell me asap when I will receive these packages or will they be returned?
These packages have been in transit since October and they all are 20 kg packages.
I asked Pakistan Post. They have not received it yet.

I have emailed the company several times, but they insist the packages were delivered.
