I have been tracking my delivery and the latest update is that it has been submitted to my address. I don't know what that means. Can you confirm and tell me who has my parcel now. Thanks

Hi, I have a question regarding my delivery LZ018836505CN.
The delivery is EMS ePacket.
When I ordered I was given between 7 to 14 days for delivery.
It has been almost 2 weeks since I placed the order, but

Probably it is only to a service point.

Could you please send me a POD, Proof Of Delivery, where I can see who has signed the delivery?

Or maybe you can inform me the contact information to the local transportation company who has made the delivery?
