Where is my item

Hi can i check where my item is? It has been handed over to the carrier almost ~1 month ago since 27 Aug 2021. Saw that the item is still stuck in Shanghai. Please advice why my item hasnt been shipped out and when will it leave the Shanghai for Singapore. Ref no. LP110179465CN. Thanks.

Hi Stephanie,

It was handed over to the carrier transport on August 27 and takes about 20-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Singapore after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

I track the item through the item number AG932509925CN
The system says the item was delivered, but I did receive it!
I want to know where is the package. If it is in some warehouse location in NSW Sydney our local post to collect it.
